Supporting artists on the national scene and encouraging exchanges and meetings
In order to offer affordable multi-purpose spaces to national artists and to support them in their artistic approach, the Annexes dispose of five work studios alongside the two residency studios, which are rented to artists residing in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The aim is to support young artists by offering a platform for meetings and exchanges between artists.
The studios have a surface area of between 20 m2 and 41 m2. The renting artists have access to the kitchen and the common areas of the space.
The studios are rented for a period of 4 years, renewable from year to year. In addition to the monthly rent of 3€/m², there are rental charges (heating, electricity, water).
The rental studios are all rented until December 2023, after which date they will be available for rental again.
